Letters for Peace: a heartfelt appeal for peace by Gep Caserta with the Municipality of Rho
The Rhodian artist Gep Caserta will be exhibiting in the coming days at the Official Point in Piazza San Vittore 14 about twenty works related to the theme of peace: most are made on canvas, some on paper. The space, recently renovated, inaugurates its use as an exhibition area in the heart of the city, alongside the shop for the sale of Rho-branded products. The exhibition is titled “Letters for Peace”: a collection of works that the artist has created in recent years in response to the terrible conflicts in Ukraine and Gaza, as a manifestation of the deep desire for peace that unites us all, so much so that it is stated in the Italian Constitution, in Article 11, from which the artist himself drew profound inspiration for one of his works, L’Articolo 11, which, properly framed, will later be permanently displayed in the Town Hall. T-shirts and notebooks for sale at the Official Point are inspired by it.
The exhibition can be visited during the opening hours of the Official Point: from Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The inauguration is scheduled for Saturday, November 1 at 4:30 PM in the presence of municipal authorities and the artist.
