Crivelli Palace and Visconti Tower

The signs of nobility in Rho under Spanish domination

Richly frescoed, this beautiful building with the imposing tower with Ghibelline battlements was built in the same period as the Visconti Palace, in the year 1675, at the behest of Count Crivelli Filippo II, another man close to the circles of Spanish power.

The Palace's ballroom

The palace's ballroom was used as a cinema in the early decades of the 20th century. Unfortunately, in modern times it has been heavily modified and the property fractionated, but the hall of the former cinema, now used as a restaurant, retains numerous and valuable decorated ceilings visible by entering the premises.
