Golosaria: The Taste of Modernity arrives at Rho Fiera Milano!
Golosaria Milano was born from a book, IlGolosario, and its corresponding website, ilgolosario.it, a reference point in the world of taste to meet and get to know producers, winemakers, and restaurateurs, as well as to discuss trends and ideas. Golosaria Milano is the three-day event – from Saturday, November 1 to Monday, November 3, 2025 – where all this movement of people and ideas comes together in a physical space, Pavilion 1 at Fiera Milano Rho, which can also be understood through the different areas that represent its various facets. The program will address the theme chosen for this edition: The Taste of Modernity. For events taking place in the Agora, Show Cooking, Wine Tasting, and Children’s Area, no reservation is required. Entry is subject to seat availability (it is recommended to arrive a few minutes early to secure a spot). Please note that Wine Tastings take place inside the Wine Area and that you must have a Golosaria Glass. At the end of each event, it is necessary to clear the room to allow setup for the next event. In addition, the Piemonte and Liguria regions will offer a rich calendar.
