Grand finale for the ice skating rink: Carnival and figure skating show

With the closing of the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, the ice rink set up since early December in Piazza Visconti will also close. To end in style, a final figure skating show is scheduled for Sunday, February 22nd, starting at 6:15 PM. Former Italian ice dance champions Francesca Righi and Marco Cilli, the Ladybirds synchronized skating team, and athletes from the Italian National Team will be present. A grand finale to a truly intense period of activity during which, in addition to free skating by people of all ages, there were several lessons with over 600 students in attendance from Rho’s schools, from preschool to secondary school. A Carnival party was held on Sunday, with many children in costume participating on a splendid sunny day. Another Carnival party will be held on Saturday, February 21st, Saturday before Lent  in the Ambrosian Carnival, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
