Villa Burba

A seventeenth-century noble residence

The date of completion of this noble residence (1665) is imprinted on the fireplace of the room of the same name. Overlooking a major communication route, it was the home of numerous historical figures, including Count Porro Lambertenghi, a passionate anti-Habsburg and then the Marquis Giovanni Cornaggia Medici, an aristocratic innovator and enthusiast of agriculture as well as economic and social issues.

The wonderful Historical Park
