Carabelli De Andrea House

Residence of the seventeenth century

This residence was also built in the seventeenth century, probably as a residence for the guests of the Visconti, but later became the property of the Carabelli, one of the largest landowners of the then village of Rho. It was a Carabelli in 1903 at the center of social events that saw, as a conclusion, the emancipation of the peasants supported by the priest Don Giulio Rusconi, who united in a cooperative were able to become owners of the land they cultivated.
